A top tertiary institution with 35,000+ students in undergraduate, postgraduate schools has been running on an obsolete portal solution and are trying to deploy an Education ERP and Modern LMS to cope with the dynamics of learning in a new world. They were having a hard time trying to decide if their internal team with a lot of limitations can develop an ERP | LMS Software for their use or to work with an experienced Education ERP provider to solve their problems.
The institution needed a system to manage all academic and non-academic activities in learning management like interactive contents, multi-media contents, live classroom, lab activities, assessment and grading. The institution is also keen on an immersive experience for students.
The institution also need to host this ERP and LMS software locally and ensure maximum availability and security.

Results
We deployed the core ERP and LMS application and database on local servers managed by the institution’s IT Unit and we set up cloud redundancy for high availability; we also implemented several security procedures to ensure the institution and student data is safe at all times.
